OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I ORDERED GLASSES USING THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND WHEN THE GLASSES WERE RECEIVED I COULD NOT SEE THROUGH THEM. I CALLED AND TOLD EYEBUYDIRECT THAT I HAD GIVEN THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. WITH NO QUESTIONS THEY TOOK THE CORRECT PRESCRIPTION INFORMATION AND PLACE AN ORDER FOR NEW GLASSES. THE NEW GLASSES ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE NEW GLASSES OR RETURNING THE WRONG GLASSES. I CALL THAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
